Dripping Echoes
In each descending line, weight becomes visible. Time enters the surface through gravity.
Colour is released into movement. It falls, gathers, separates, crosses earlier marks, and leaves paths that cannot be fully controlled once they begin.
I remain inside that movement—redirecting, interrupting, allowing, and responding to what the paint has already done.
What begins as flow gradually acquires structure. One descent alters another. Accumulation becomes rhythm. Chance enters relation with judgement.
The paintings hold the history of these encounters: movement arrested in surface, gravity made visible, and the trace of gestures that continue to act after they have stopped moving.
